Digital Programs and Services

  • Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU Customers):
    If you purchase a digital product or service, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed, downloaded, or started the program.

  • Immediate Access:
    By choosing to access or download the digital product immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel and no refund will be available.

  • After Access:
    Once you have accessed or started a digital program or service, refunds are not available.


Coaching, Consultations, or Live Services

  • If you book a consultation, session, or coaching program, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

  • If you fail to attend a booked session without notice, no refund will be issued.


Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to a purchased digital product or service, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a refund.
